The development of the College is inseparable from the care and support of the alumni and the community. In recent years, more and more domestic and foreign enterprises, organizations, groups, alumni and people of insight have generously contributed to the construction and development of the University. In June 2019, Leaders: New Era • New Youth – Tongji University Arts and Media College Alumni Congress and the First Alumni Forum were held to gather strength for the pursuit of dreams and a brilliant future.
In recent years, the College has benefited from donations from the community and industry in its rapid development. Tongji University Education Development Fund Committee, as a functional department within the university, accepts social donations and manages the funds raised. Playing an important role in the University’s construction and discipline development, the donated funds are mainly used to upgrade education and scientific research facilities, to promote the development of key courses, disciplines and labs, to support the recruitment of backbone teachers, and to reward outstanding faculty staff and excellent undergraduate and graduate students.
